Beckley, West Virginia |
I was taking pictures of the beautiful sky on Tuesday, and I got three photos with what looks like an orange ball. In the first photo it is located it the trees. In the next shot, taken right after the first one, it is located further |
| Details Cont'd: up in the sky, and the next one shows it to be farther to the left looking more white in color. I was on my way to Beckley about half way from Fayetteville. Kathy |

I was driving back from class one night the fall of 2011 up route 60, past Gauley Bridge heading toward Ansted. Once I got on top of the mountain near the overlooks I saw a flashing light. At first I thought they must |
| Details Cont'd: have put a new cell phone tower in but as I thought more about that I realized I didn't make sense. As I got closer to the lights I pulled off on the side of the road to watch. I was almost directly across from it. It was located on the left. The lights would blink in what looked like the tops of the trees where the object would be. Then it would blink on the ground. The lights repeated this cycle five or six times. I rolled my window down a few cycles into the blinking and I could not hear any noise from the object yet it was hovering there blinking. It had three lights going straight across in a line. I never could see the object just the lights. And just as I saw it, it was gone. There were no lights going through the sky like a jet or satellite. Or noise from a helicopter. I cannot explain what I saw that night. The next evening on my way home from class it was still daylight and I saw the area where I saw the lights. The object was hovering over an electrical place like a transformer. Breanna |

It was around 8:30 PM and my roommate and I were walking around in our yard checking out the flowers. When I looked up at the sky I saw a VERY VERY bright light and it was at a far distance from me. It looked |
| Details Cont'd: like a glowing ball. It was not moving very fast. I sat for a few seconds and watched it. My roommate wanted me to look at something so I glanced down and when I looked back up it was gone. The object could have not traveled fast enough to be out of my vision. I find myself looking up more often having seen this! Casey |

In the winter of 1995, I took my three young sons and two stepsons deer hunting in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. We were out on Brushy Mountain and were all sitting around a camp fire. Suddenly, the woods... |
| Details Cont'd: below us lit up like a football field! We knew there wasn't a road down there. Suddenly, there was an object which came up over us and stopped directly above us. It then lit up the entire area where we were hunting, I estimate that it was around one hundred feet above us and approximately fifty feet long and twenty-five feet wide. The object had lights all around it, square-shaped on the back and silver in color. It hovered over us for about ten seconds, made a left turn and went back down into the woods below us and vanished from site. Keith L.
EDITOR'S NOTE: The witness was unsure of the exact date, but was sure it was in the winter of 1995. |
