My sighting started around 8:20 PM and disappeared around 8:55 PM. We were watching the South Carolina Game Cocks playing Atlanta and the score was 20/0 around the time I left with my family on our way home

Details Cont'd: from Garnerferry Road. As we drove, we noticed a huge light in the sky. You just couldn't help but see it. It hovered moving very little in the sky. It was changed colors and flicked out in a flash from big to small. It stayed in the sky long enough for me to make it to my home on North Main Street which is located about thirty minutes away from where I started, coming back in from Sumter highway. Marie

I saw 5 red lights in the middle of my lounge window. They circled around each other in a symmetrical pattern for a couple of minutes. This happened at 8.40 PM. I thought must be car headlights or something

Details Cont'd: but then thought it's ridiculous. I looked around near my kitchen window, but could see no light source. I was scared for a little bit, but then just kept looking at them until they appeared to switch off and vanish. I examined the window the next day and found nothing unsual on it. The same night the same lights came back at around the same exact time of 8:40 PM and did same thing again. They then came back for the 3rd consecutive time and did the same thing and I've never seen them ever again. I've thought about it logically. They were not car lights. My conclusion is that it was either a neighbour with a laser gun in his/her bedroom trying to scare me or a UFO. Absurd as it may seem I find it even more absurd it was a neighbour with a laser gun than i do it was a UFO. Anyway, this is all true to the best of my knowledge and I'll be happy to answer anyone's questions on the incident. My family were also present at the time, but they thought nothing of the incident. I got up to adjust a noisy fan and when I looked out the window at my father-in-law's house, which sat beside of ours, there was a saucer right over the roof. It appeared to be around fifty feet wide, perhaps bigger. It was...

Details Cont'd: yellowish-gold in color and I watched the saucer for a long time as it just hovered over the house. I tried to get my wife to look at it, but she just told me I was crazy and to come back to bed. Shortly after, I saw some car lights pull up in the drive way and it was my father-in-law. When he got out of the car, he saw the saucer over the house and it scared him too death! He hurried inside the house.

After he went inside, I watched it a little longer and laid back down, but could not sleep. When I got back up and looked out the window it was gone. The next day when I came home, I went up to my father-in-law’s house and told him what I had seen the night before. He didn't know I had been watching. He told me that he was so glad that I had seen it becuase he thought we was losing his mind. Calvin

EDITOR'S NOTE: What was this craft doing over that house? Was someone in the house abducted and was being taken? Or, perhaps, had they just been returned? There are many questions with regard to this report which remain unanswered.

There have been a number of UFO Reports received from South Carolina and we are working to add those into this forum of our website as quickly as possible. The number of South Carolina UFO sightings are growing every year as more and more people turn their attention skyward.
